Due to the nature of our custom designs, all personalized and monogrammed items are not eligible for returns. Only our belts are eligible for exchanges. If an item arrives in our error or defective we will replace the item and provide you a free shipping return label. If you need to exchange a belt buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. In either event please email us within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly replace/exchange the item. We will ship the replaced or exchanged item free of charge within 3 days of receipt. Traditionally, the order of initials is first/last/middle. For example, say your name is Jennifer Grace Hurd, the monogram would be JHG. In more modern monograms, such as our style in which all letters are equal in size, the order of initials can also be first/middle/last. In this case, the monogram would be JGH. It really is your preference.
Yes, you can. This is possible with the Agate and Rectangle leather buckle and our glass decorative boxes. Please email us with the font you would like to see PRIOR to ordering and we will confirm it can work on the desired product. Note: Our Octagon buckle is strictly limited to the font you see online.
